Our Service Solutions
Comprehensive watch repair and maintenance tailored to your timepiece's needs
Return HomeOur Approach
Each watch that enters our workshop receives individual assessment. We examine the movement under magnification, test its performance across multiple positions, and evaluate component condition to determine what work is actually needed. This diagnostic phase establishes a clear understanding of the watch's current state before we discuss service options with you.
Our methodology reflects the reality that mechanical watches vary significantly in their requirements. A daily-wear timepiece experiencing timekeeping drift may need only escapement attention, while a collector's piece awaiting restoration requires comprehensive movement overhaul and careful documentation. We structure our services to address these different needs appropriately.
Throughout the service process, we maintain communication about findings and progress. If inspection reveals unexpected wear or damage, we discuss it with you before proceeding. When the work is complete, we test the watch thoroughly and provide documentation of what was done, including timing results and any parts that were replaced.
Escapement Servicing
MYR 520Focused attention on the escapement mechanism — the pallet fork, escape wheel, and their interaction — which governs the watch's tick and directly influences accuracy. Worn pallet stones, bent pallet arms, or damaged escape-wheel teeth can cause erratic timekeeping, stopping, or an audible change in the watch's beat.
Service Includes:
- Component disassembly and cleaning
- Inspection under magnification
- Worn element replacement when needed
- Impulse and locking action testing
Turnaround: 1-2 weeks
Collector's Full Service
MYR 3,700A premium-tier service designed for serious collectors who expect meticulous attention to every aspect of their timepiece. The work encompasses a complete movement overhaul, case and bracelet restoration, crystal and gasket renewal, and extended multi-day regulation.
Service Includes:
- Complete movement disassembly and overhaul
- Case and bracelet restoration work
- Crystal and gasket replacement
- Extended regulation and testing
- Photographic service documentation dossier
Turnaround: 4-6 weeks
Crown Tube Replacement
MYR 380Replacement of a corroded, stripped, or damaged crown tube — the threaded tube set into the case through which the winding crown engages. A failed crown tube compromises the watch's ability to seal against moisture and can make winding or time-setting unreliable.
Service Includes:
- Careful extraction of damaged tube
- Case opening preparation and cleaning
- New tube pressing or threading installation
- Crown engagement and sealing tests
Particularly relevant for watches frequently exposed to moisture or those with screw-down crown systems.
